If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide:

  • Photos of the item received
  • A description of the issue

Customized products (including personalized names, numbers, and patches) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
